We're Teodor and Gordan, co-founders of a small Croatian engineering team — twenty years of experience each, working in long-term partnership with enterprise customers across Switzerland, Germany, and the rest of Europe.
Around the two of us is a small team that works the same way we do. That continuity is the point: most of our engagements run for years rather than sprints, and our customers value knowing that the engineers who designed a system are the ones still around to evolve it.
We treat your product as if it were our own — from the first architecture conversation, through the production rollout, and into every change that follows. Multi-tenant SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI features inside mature products: whatever the work calls for, the same team stays with it.

Architecture & strategic planning
Most of our work starts here — sitting with you to understand what you're actually trying to build, then designing a system that can grow with it.
Custom development
Full-stack engineering in the languages and frameworks that actually fit the job. We build greenfield products end-to-end, and we slot into mature codebases without breaking them. Either way, the code is yours, the architecture is documented, and the next engineer in can read it.
AI integration & automation
Practical AI — built where it actually moves the business, not bolted on for show. We design AI agents, integrate LLMs into customer-facing features, build retrieval pipelines (RAG) over real data, expose tools and automate internal workflows where the savings are real. Every project we're currently running has AI work inside it.
Cloud infrastructure & DevOps
We provision and operate the infrastructure ourselves, across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure — networking, deployment pipelines, observability, runtime operations. Terraform-managed where it should be, hand-tuned where it makes sense. If we built the system, we know how to keep it running — and we do, day after day, for products that have been in production for years.
Long-term support & evolution
Building software is the easier half. Keeping it useful for five or ten years — through new requirements, new integrations, new people on your side — is the harder one. We handle technical and customer support for the systems we've built, ship enhancements without disrupting what already works, and evolve the architecture as the business around it changes.

Enterprise recruiting platform Germany ~4 years
Three separate products, three teams, every feature built separately three times. We designed the platform layer that unified them - the business grew from zero to 30+ enterprise customers on it.

Legal compliance platform Switzerland ~5 years
Eleven years in production, blocked by an obsolete UI framework, with a decade of compliance logic nobody could afford to lose. We kept it running and designed the way out.

A candidate-scoring platform a Swiss federal university runs its entire hiring through. We owned the architecture and the whole Azure estate for five years, across a change of ownership.

A service marketplace with compliant fiscalization, conditional payment release and AI-assisted matching. We build for ourselves what we build for clients.
Fertik - our own product · live
Repair shops run on paper work orders and memory. We built the system that replaces both — ticket lifecycle, a work order the customer can scan to check progress, and analytics showing which devices fail and how.

EonIdeas is a small software-engineering team based in Varaždin, Croatia.
We build and run production systems for enterprise customers across Switzerland, Germany, and the rest of Europe.
The company was founded in 2015. and the people behind it have twenty years each in software industry.
After two decades, the new tools still get us excited and the hard problems still draw us in — and the moment something interesting lands in the industry, we're usually already poking at it. Some of those experiments turn into our own products; others become features we ship to customers.
Either way, the curiosity is what keeps the work sharp.
